Install a skill pack into the workspace

Install every skill in a pack, plus any skills those skills need. Each one arrives paused and pinned to its released version, with default settings, so nothing sends until it is set up and switched on. Skills this workspace already has are left exactly as they are. Installing the same pack twice is safe.

Every skill a pack installs is TEAM-wide, so this route requires skills:install, not just skills:create.

installedstring[]

Skill slugs now enabled for this workspace: freshly added (paused, awaiting setup), or a default-on member the workspace had switched off, restored in place with its saved config (already configured, already active).

already_installedstring[]

Skill slugs this workspace already had running. Left exactly as they were.

missingstring[]

Slugs with nothing to install yet (not released to the catalog).
