Invite a new member

Send a workspace invitation email to the given address.

Creates a pending invitation and dispatches the invitation email. Any existing pending invite for the same email in this tenant is replaced (the old one is revoked, a new one is issued).

Returns the invitation record. The raw token is NOT included.
