A place's whole cited table of limits, as one file (to a licence key)

Every row held for the place and the places above it, each with its instrument, edition, section or page, quote, source_url, source_sha256 and source_status. Without a key: how many rows, by medium and instrument, and the first 20 rows (format=csv sends them as a sample file). With a licence key (Authorization: Bearer pdl_...): the whole table.
