List podcast publishers

Returns a paginated list of podcast publishers, ordered by catalog size (largest first, the default) or alphabetically by name. Filter with q (case-insensitive name/slug substring; exact name matches sort first). Each entry includes the publisher name, slug, and the number of podcasts attributed to the publisher.
