Replay the episode archive
Replays a month or a day of the podcast episode archive as Server-Sent Events, so a consumer of GET /v1/podcasts/episodes/stream can load history through the same code. Each episode event carries the episode exactly as the stream delivers it, in publication order, and a complete event closes a full replay. Resume a dropped connection with cursor. Available by arrangement. For bulk loading, the download endpoint is several times faster.

Query parameters
A month (YYYY-MM) or a day (YYYY-MM-DD), by UTC publication date.
Heavy relations to keep in each episode. Defaults to all of them.
Resume after this event: pass the cursor of the last episode you processed. If the period was rebuilt since, the replay answers with an error event; start it again without a cursor.
