Delete an agent

Permanently delete an agent and all extraction results derived from it. Returns 204 on success. Returns 404 if the agent does not exist on this project. Returns 409 if other agents depend on it (derived agents that reference it, or agents using a dimension whose values it finds); edit or delete those agents first.
