Whether Pro can be bought here. Unauthenticated, and deliberately tiny.

The marketing pages -- /pricing and the landing page's pricing band -- carry sentences like "Pro is not open yet. Billing is still being built." Those are honest today and become false the moment credentials are added, on the two pages most likely to be read by somebody deciding whether to trust this product. A signed-out visitor cannot call GET /api/billing, so without this they would keep reading it.

Exposes exactly two booleans and nothing about the account, the keys, or the product. That is why it needs no auth: there is nothing here an anonymous visitor could not infer by pressing the button.

Cached at the edge. The answer changes when a deployment's configuration changes, which is on the order of once ever, and this sits on the landing page.
