Delete Customer Closing Imports

Delete YOUR OWN imported closing-line rows.

Scoped to the customer_imported_closing_lines table, filtered by your api_key — this endpoint cannot touch the public historical archive (historical_odds is read-only via the API).

Without sport_key, deletes every row YOU'VE imported. With it, only your rows for that sport. Always requires confirm=true.

Tier gate: Pro+ (matches the import sibling — iteration_019 #198).
