Cancel an unfinished checkout

Requires checkouts:write and expected_revision. Cancel an unfinished checkout. This does not cancel an accepted order or issue a refund. Resolve any locked payment attempt before cancelling.

Revision from the latest checkout response. A stale revision returns 409; read current state before retrying. Must be at least 1. Must not be greater than 2147483647.
