Playground Chat Route

Advance a playground conversation through the REAL SDK (SSE).

Runs annie_sdk.v3.Agent in-process over the shadow DuckDB, self-calling /v3/sdk/step: every turn is billed on the user's dedicated "Playground" API key and logged with playground provenance. Conversation state is the opaque SDK dump() blob, echoed back in the done event.
