[Beta] Update Workspace Privacy Settings

Updates one or more AI privacy settings for a workspace in your organization.

This is a PATCH: include only the fields you want to change. Fields you omit keep their current values. Unknown properties are ignored.

You must be an organization admin. Organization admin is an organization-wide role and is separate from workspace admin. Workspace admin alone is not enough for this endpoint.

Writable fields

  • ai_features_enabled
  • ai_on_premises_processing_enabled
  • ai_cloud_third_party_enabled
  • ai_third_party_training_enabled

HIPAA (hipaa_compliance_enabled), 21 CFR Part 11 (cfr11_compliance_enabled), and ai_on_premises_training_enabled are returned on read but cannot be changed through this endpoint.

Cascades

  • Setting ai_features_enabled to false also turns off ai_on_premises_processing_enabled, ai_cloud_third_party_enabled, ai_on_premises_training_enabled, and ai_third_party_training_enabled.
  • When hipaa_compliance_enabled is true for the workspace, the same AI fields are forced off, including values sent in the same request.

ai_on_premises_processing_enabledboolean

Whether PandaDoc-operated AI processing is enabled.

ai_cloud_third_party_enabledboolean

Whether third-party cloud AI processing is enabled.
