Get Download Token
Polled by success page — returns download token once webhook has fired and stored the file. Returns empty token if not ready yet. 28 Sept 2026: also returns download_url (the success page reads that key — it previously got only 'token', so the instant-download button never showed). Rejects anything that isn't a Paddle transaction ID.
