사용자 차단
해당 사용자를 차단합니다. 차단하면 이후 흔적 목록에서 차단한 사용자의 흔적이 보이지 않습니다. 본인은 차단할 수 없습니다. Authorization: Bearer {accessToken} 헤더로 인증합니다.
