Read a stored activation scan

Return the most recent audit stored for a domain by GET /tools/audit?store_scan=true, so a scan run on the marketing site survives the sign-up round trip without being run again. Reports the same public DNS findings the audit does, and expires 24 hours after the scan. Authentication is not required.
