Refresh a value receipt (deprecated)

Deprecated. A value receipt is immutable from creation, so it cannot be re-populated. A receipt you own answers 409, and one that does not exist or belongs to another organization answers 404. To get current data, create a new receipt for the period with POST /value-receipts.
