Update an opportunity for the authenticated operator

Replaces the writable representation of an opportunity. All required writable fields must be sent on every request; omitting an optional field (dateTo, url, or caregiverBenefit) clears its current value. A real change to the benefit economics on a scheduled/published/suspended opportunity moves it back to review (test_pending); every other change applies immediately. The current updatedAt must be echoed back for optimistic-concurrency control.
