Get Folder Metadata Schema

Return the effective schema for docs in this folder — the same schema upload/PUT enforces. Resolution: workspace's own schema if declared; otherwise the user-level (root) schema; otherwise null.

folder_id == "root" returns just the user-level schema.

Max distinct values per field when include_values=true. Truncated silently when exceeded.
