Say which page was made in App Store Connect

After the calls of a bundle are made, tells Pagefully the ids App Store Connect returned, so the web app shows the page as sent from the developer's own machine. Pagefully holds no key and does not check. Nothing is counted here: the bundle was counted when it was issued. Safe to send twice.

namestring

The name Apple took for the page when it refused the page's own (Apple keeps the name of a deleted page): the page's name numbered, as "Birthday song 2". Anything else is ignored.
