Payment links

Short address of a payment link

Forwards to the payment page of a public payment link: <link id> or <link id>.<signup tag>, each 16 bytes in base64url. Short addresses exist only for links registered by P2Flux Gate (the Telegram bot), so a button in Telegram does not show a 500-character link. The link and tag travel in the URL fragment of the payment page.
