payment_method_idinteger nullable

Filter by applicable payment method.

availability_start_datestring date nullable

Filter by availability start date (calendar date in property timezone). Time and UTC offset components are ignored: 2026-03-01T00:00:00-05:00 is March 1, just like 2026-03-01.

availability_end_datestring date nullable

Filter by availability end date (calendar date in property timezone). Time and UTC offset components are ignored.

activeboolean nullable

Filter by status.

include_tagsboolean

Include tags collection on results.

include_fieldsboolean

Include fields collection on results.

include_listing_numbersboolean

Include listing numbers collection on results.

include_rulesboolean

Include the stay, booking window, and payment rules on results.

limitinteger

Maximum records to return. Default 20, maximum 100.

offsetinteger

Records to skip from the start of the collection. Default 0.

Response

A pageable list of property models.

limitinteger

The maximum number of records per page.

next_page_urlstring

URL to fetch the next page of records. A null value indicates that there are no more pages in the collection.
