state is the jurisdiction code (az or fl). sport is Hard Rock's own upper-case sport code, for example ICE_HOCKEY.

Sports without a league index return their whole catalog in one response; passing league to one of them returns 400 rather than silently ignoring the filter.

An unknown league slug returns 404 with a hint to the /leagues index.

Multi-line markets (multiLine true, for example a player passing-yards market of type ...PROPPSYDSMULTILINE) carry Hard Rock's whole alternate ladder in selections: every Over and Under rung the book offers, not only the current line. The current line's selections are the live ones from the feed; the other rungs come from a ladder refreshed on a rolling sweep, and multiLineLadderAt (ms epoch) is the fetch that last changed this market's ladder prices (a refresh that finds identical prices does not move it), so read it rather than assuming a cadence. hasMoreLines is Hard Rock's own flag. Ladders are enabled per sport (football first); a multi-line market without multiLineLadderAt shows only its current line.
