The book whose games to list, one of fanduel, hardrock, draftkings, betrivers, ballybet (the books the builder prices, listed in supportedBooks on a 400 SGP_BOOK_UNSUPPORTED). Default fanduel. A book whose pricing is paused is a 503 SGP_BOOK_DISABLED, as on the build call.
