Webhooks

Create a delivery webhook

Events: delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, complained, blocked. The secret is shown once. Every POST carries x-oveyon-event, x-oveyon-timestamp and x-oveyon-signature (sha256=HMAC-SHA256(secret, timestamp + "." + body)). Internal/private destinations are refused.
