Register a contact property with an explicit type

EXPERIMENTAL — enabled account by account; without it every call answers 403 module_disabled. Scopes read:contacts / write:contacts. Idempotent for the same name and type. The type decides which filter operators apply (contains for string; gt/lt for number and date).
