This endpoint is called by the AI agent when it detects:

  • Going off-script or off-topic
  • Violating prompt rules (e.g., revealing AI identity, using external knowledge)
  • Early signs of failure (negative sentiment, customer frustration)

Supports both:

  • Query parameters (from Ultravox tool calls)
  • JSON body (from manual API calls)

Returns: DeviationReportResponse confirming the report was received
