Retry Webhook

Idempotent retry of a failed/dead-letter webhook delivery.

  • Creates a new delivery record linked via retryOf.
  • Exponential backoff based on original's attempt count.
  • Emits webhook.retried operational event.
  • Dead-letter support: retrying a dead_letter creates a fresh attempt.
