Paddle LIVE 결제 설정 반환 (로그인 유저 허용)

PADDLE_SANDBOX_MODE 값과 무관하게 항상 LIVE 키를 반환한다. client_token과 price_ids는 Paddle 공식 JS에서 사용하는 공개 토큰이므로 로그인된 유저에게 반환해도 보안 위험이 없다.
