Add relationships between a Node and linked Registrations

Add new linked registrations to the node, while keeping the existing ones intact.

Permissions - The authenticated user must have write permissions on the node.

Request Body - A data array containing additional registration resource identifier objects to be added.

Returns - The updated list of linked registrations for the node.
