List Sessions

OS3's job agent sessions in the workspace: those waiting for someone's answer first, then the others, each the latest first, limit at a time; a full page sets X-Next-After, the after of the next, and X-Total-Count counts them all. Continue any of them by answering on its run (POST /jobs/{job_id}/agent/reply).
