Estimate Job

Prices a job as POST /jobs would take it, before it exists. 403 as POST /jobs for a workspace or dataset version it could not use, and for LLM training your organisation's LLM plan does not include; 422 for a base or GPU without an estimate, or a base that does not train on the dataset version.
