List Key Routes

The routing of the live traffic keys of a workspace (the caller's, else every workspace's): each one's pin, and whether the task routes serve it, which needs trace policy full and no pin: an OS3-models key (os3_models) only by the routes that send nothing to the organisation's own vendors. An organisation-wide key is never routed, so it is not listed. With traffic, each key's share of each live canary and release, from its latest requests (0 for an OS3-models key on a route to the organisation's own vendor); else tasks is null.
