POST /v1/audiences/{id}/generate-twins

Run twin generation on an existing pending audience row owned by your organization. Optional size (≤100) caps the audience and bills 1 answer per twin found, on success only; the balance must cover size answers upfront (402 otherwise). Retrying is safe: a completed audience returns its twins with charged: 0.
