List the org's connected sending accounts (cursor-paginated)

Every connected email + LinkedIn account with its stable id - the same id sequence objects carry as senderId and webhook payloads carry as sender.id. Senders are org-level (a mailbox is not homed in a workspace); campaignId narrows to the senders bound to that campaign's live sequences ("who does this campaign send from?"). Defaults to every status except disconnected (removed accounts); pass an explicit status list to override.

Opaque pagination cursor. Pass the nextCursor from the previous page to fetch the next one; omit for the first page.

Max objects to return per page. Default 50, max 100 (the rows endpoint allows up to 200 and documents its own limit).
