Archive an agent (soft-delete)

Soft-deletes the agent (its chat session). The deprecated workspace node reports the agent's container: for a workspace-less agent whose container is its own session, it is deleted with the agent (deletedAt set); a session container the agent was created "in", a hand-supplied legacy workspace, and any legacy auto-created workspace that still has other active agents are never auto-deleted.
