Resize a running computer

Changed on

size (medium, large, xl) sets vCPU and memory together; or send vcpus, mem_gb and disk_size_gb (grow only) on their own. Past the account’s room the 403 names what is short and its monthly_usd, and for the owner signed in or with an account-wide key, next: the capacity dry run, the purchase (POST /api/account/capacity { addon }, with an Idempotency-Key) and the resize again. Room is a monthly charge to the plan.
