MCP Streamable-HTTP JSON-RPC endpoint, dual-era: 2026-07-28 requests (per- request _meta) are served statelessly; legacy clients use initialize and may batch. initialize / server/discover / tools/list need no key; tool calls authenticate with the X-API-Key header, an OAuth access token, or a legacy session bound by register_free_key / use_api_key.
