Returns the shields.io endpoint-badge JSON (schemaVersion 1) for live MCP usage. Used by README badges; rendered via https://img.shields.io/endpoint?url=. PII-safe aggregate counts only. Cached 5 minutes at the edge. Always returns 200 (lightgrey n/a badge when the stats binding is unconfigured) so the badge keeps rendering.
