Open conversation reads the history row Review the Acme renewal. The first read asks for 1000 events and sends no cursor. The stored page starts at sequence 0 for Assistant, includes both completed turns, the relationship.read tool call, and three model calls on anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-5, and does not name another page.
