Open/High/Low/Close cost candles (Essential+)

OHLC candles for any index. Monthly and quarterly candles are derived from published history and available immediately; weekly/daily candles come from the rolling snapshot store and are Intelligence-only. Because indices publish weekly, daily candles may be flat until intra-period movement accumulates. Requires Essential plan or above; granularity is plan-gated. Professional+ may append ?format=csv.
