Convert Document To Ic

Internal endpoint: convert a spreadsheet in S3 to IronCalc bytes.

Called only by the Next.js presign route, which has already authorized the caller for this key. Requires a valid X-Webhook-Secret header. The result is cached as an .ic sibling next to the original, mirroring the .pdf sibling.
