Enable the tested organization SSO configuration

Switches the organization's SSO connection to enabled once its domain is verified and the current configuration revision has a successful test. Any other state, including a configuration edited after its last test, answers 409 with an explanatory message. Requires a Team or Enterprise plan; the change is recorded in the organization audit log.
