Delete team permissions

Changed on

Archives a team permission set and unlinks it from its team, so its permissions stop applying to the team's members. The set and its history are kept. Member and Admin permissions can't be deleted. Requires permissions.manage (only the owner has it by default), a recent sign-in, and the Permissions feature.
