Remove an External MCP Connection

Permanently deletes the connection together with its access grants, stored shared and per-member accounts, OAuth client registration, and plugin MCP requirement bindings. The workspace owner (or anyone with the Remove any connection permission) can remove any connection; other members only the connections they created. Session callers must have signed in within the last 2 hours (403 reauth); API-key callers are exempt.
