Check business name availability

Check whether a business name is available to register in a given US state or territory. Returns an availability verdict plus a list of up to 10 conflicting entities (sorted active → neutral → inactive). Charges one lookup credit ($0.0314) per search regardless of result. Results are always live — cache is bypassed for name availability.
