Get drop by collection slug

Get detailed drop information for a collection, including stages and supply.

stages is in the order the drop stores them, not sorted by start time. For a drop saved through POST /api/v2/drops/{slug} that puts the public stage first, although it runs last; sort by start_time for the schedule.
