Browse meetings newest-first

Only explicitly public meetings (visible=true). Visibility is filtered before pagination and rechecked before response. Sparse fieldsets keep their requested shape. Responses use Cache-Control: no-store.

Query parameters

government_idstring

Scope to one tracked government, e.g. sacramento-california.

category_tagstring uuid

Opaque category UUID. Never guess it — read it from GET /v1/vocabulary.

topicstring

Topic name, as listed by GET /v1/vocabulary.

start_datestring date

Inclusive lower day bound.

end_datestring date

Inclusive upper day bound.

1-based page number.

fieldsstring

Comma-separated sparse fieldset. A full meeting is ~7 KB, so a caller enumerating the corpus for a few scalars should say so — it is the difference between a 700 KB page and a 20 KB one. transcription and summary_embeddings are never selectable; use GET /v1/meetings/{id}.
