Consent Expiring

People whose accepted consent lapses within within_days (0 = only the ones that have already lapsed), soonest first, so your own system can ask them again. Only categories with a validity period are covered; only the latest decision per person and category counts, so someone who already renewed, rejected or withdrew is not listed. truncated is true when more than limit matched.
