Set Monitored Url

Enable/update scheduled scanning for the business's own site (scheduled scans, 23 Sep 2026). Validated the same way a manual scan's URL is -- must resolve to a public IP, no localhost/private/ link-local targets -- since this URL gets scanned automatically, unattended, on a recurring schedule from here on.
