Streams
List organization streams
Retrieves a paginated list of streams within the organization, with optional filtering by type and keyword. Supports sorting by various metrics. Streams written by OpenObserve itself carry is_internal: true; the field is omitted for user streams.
get/api/{org_id}/streams
