List query history
Lists the caller's query history, most recently run first. With count_only=true it answers {"count": n} (QueryHistoryCountResponse), the number of entries the filters match. Empty, or a count of 0, when ZO_QUERY_HISTORY_ENABLED is false.

Exact stream name the entry ran on.
Case-insensitive substring of the query text or the stream names.
Only starred (true) or only unstarred (false) entries.
Entries last run at or after this time, in microseconds.
Entries last run at or before this time, in microseconds.
Defaults to 50, at most 200.
Entries to skip, for paging. Defaults to 0, at most 9223372036854775807.
Answer {"count": n}, the number of entries the filters match, instead of the entries.
